  • Description: Prince Luigi Marcantonio Francesco Rodolfo Scipione Borghese, known as Scipione Borghese, participated in and won the 1907 Beijing to Paris car race, accompanied for the occasion by journalist Luigi Barzini and driver Ettore Guizardi. Already in 1900, he embarked on a journey from Beirut to the Pacific Ocean, which he described in the book "In Asia: Syria, Euphrates, Babylon", published in 1903
