Hansen Rick (w2022)
- Description: Rick Hansen is a Canadian athlete and activist. After sustaining a spinal cord injury in 1973, he pursued Paralympic sports. From 1985 to 1987 he completed the Man in Motion World Tour, a 26-month wheelchair journey around the world. He travelled approximately 40'075 km (24'901 mi) across 34 countries. The tour aimed to raise funds for spinal cord research and promote accessibility and inclusion. Following the expedition, he established the Rick Hansen Foundation, which supports accessibility initiatives and medical research
