Will start about the first of February from Madison Square, New York City, and arrive in Washington on the eve of March 3d. As a means of defraying the expense of himself and the winner, will dispose of these photographs to democrats and republicans. In fulfilling the above wager, the loser will redeem the amount lost on his return to Rockland County
